Return and Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Every order CollectiveSol processes is considered a custom product. Due to the nature of the products provided, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment. It is mandatory you email CollectiveSol at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order when returning defective merchandise. When contacting CollectiveSol for defective merchandise, please provide your order number, description of the product and defect, and contact information. You will then have an additional 7 days once the CollectiveSol initiates the return process to deliver the defective item(s) to the following address:
CollectiveSol advises, at customer's cost, using a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer. The cost of returning approved replacement merchandise will be borne by CollectiveSol. Approval of product returns of any kind is at the sole discretion of CollectiveSol and its authorize agents.
